After presenting a series of avant-garde short films to bewildered record company executives, Gregg Masuak's award-winning career (a Juno and 2 MTV awards) as a music video director was launched. With such diverse artists as the Spice Girls, Kylie Minogue, Hootie & The Blowfish, Celine Dion, Joe Cocker, Lionel Ritchie and Harry Connick Jr. on his roster, that career inevitably expanded into Commercials, catapulting him around the globe, satisfying an inherently eclectic soul and allowing him to hone "an abstract sensibility into a more accessable form". With this in mind, Masuak has worked in Theatre as a Director, Writer, and Actor, studying under the acclaimed Larry Moss and Diana Castle. His short Film Work has won acclaim at the London International Film Festival ("The Mary Quant Masque of Death") - as well as the Gold Hugo at the Chicago International Film Festival ("Born With Glasses"). Masuak's dedication to intelligent and entertaining cinema has resulted in a series of self-penned feature films (among others, "Jammed In Zero", "Flycatcher", "The Jewel In The Shell"), and a (theatrical) musical ("Moonblind" ) - all readying themselves for the world. Masuak currently lives in both London and Los Angeles.
